The Franklin County School System is proud to announce the launch of our very own Georgia Pre-K Program, a brand new opportunity for our youngest learners!

Registration for the Pre-K Lottery will take place May 18 – June 18, 2026!

Children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2026 to qualify.

This new Pre-K classroom will be housed at Lavonia Elementary School and will serve 20 students selected through the lottery drawing.

Register is in person only at:

Days to Register are May 18th-May 22nd Monday-Friday 8-4; May 26-29 Tuesday-Friday 8-4; June 1st-18th Monday-Thursday 8-4.

Required documents that are needed to apply include:

• Parent/Guardian Photo ID

• Certified Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Georgia Immunization Form 3231

• Health Screening Form 3300

• 2 Proofs of Residence
